AN ARTISAN PIZZA

First we begin with our very own cultured sourdough starter.

We use our own sourdough starter for our pizza process which ferments for a minimum of 48 hrs – the result is a base with a great flavour, sourdough taste and a texture that is light but with a bit of chew. All our pizzas are hand stretched, traditionally topped, and woodfired – Napoli style. We use extra virgin olive oil and organic sea salt flakes on all our dishes. All our pizzas are 12 inches in diameter.
